Veyron, SLS, McLaren and GT-R: Dubai rozzers parade their excellent wares at night

Put down the pencil sharpener, close your Excel tabs and stop drinking coffee. Instead, enjoy a rather spectacular 88 seconds of Dubai's finest police cars, driving. At night.

For reasons we neither understand nor dare to ask, Dubai police have released this short clip of their stupendously excellent police fleet going for a night-time cruise, and showcasing just how silly you have to be to run from the law.

Yes, where the British police release videos telling you how to prepare your car for winter, Dubai's rozzers have cooked up a full Fast and Furious style big-screen epic.

Count 'em: Mercedes SLS and G-Wagen, McLaren 12C, Nissan GT-R, Ferrari FF, Audi R8, a Bentley, and of course, the mighty Bugatti Veyron. And no diesel Vauxhall Astra, strangely.

The end of the video is all smiles and cuddles and unicorns as the superfleet poses with the public. But is anybody else out there as terrified as us of this sight? Has there been a cooler police fleet in the history of mankind?
