The Yamaha Y15ZR is now available in Cyan, Gray, Blue, and Green

Hong Leong Yamaha Motor (HLYM) has announced that its Yamaha Y15ZR offering has been refreshed for 2022. For those who are interested in a cub that can most likely do it all without breaking the bank, the Yamaha Y15ZR should be high up on your list for a number of reasons.

The latest reason is the updated colour options and graphics introduced by HLYM for the 2022 Yamaha Y15ZR. The new graphics are available for all colour options, where the best-selling ones are Cyan and Blue, but if you prefer something a bit edgier, then there's Grey and the newly-introduced Green colourways to 'spice' things up a bit.

Underneath all that jazz is the same 150cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled SOHC engine that produces 11.3kw at 8,500rpm and 13.8Nm of torque at 7,000rpm. Power is sent down to its rear 17-inch wheel via a five-speed manual gearbox with stopping power coming in the form of a single disc for both front and rear.

HLYM has slightly increased the price for the 2022 Yamaha Y15ZR offering to RM8,498 (excluding insurance, road tax, and registration). Head over to the nearest dealer for more information. Or just wait a few days, you'll most likely see a number of them zoom by. That green is quite interesting, though.
