MotoGP bikes are obviously fast. If not for the lack of aero and mechanical grip, it can easily post faster time than any machine that rides on four wheels, F1 and prototypes included. Yet, as with any racing championship, MotoGP bikes still cannot outrun the safety car. And in the case of MotoGP, that’ll be the BMW M5.

So if you want to see the official BMW M5 MotoGP Safety Car – and we’re talking about the real deal, the one that goes around the world to all the racing tracks – then head over to Bangsar Village II on 31 October 2018 (Wednesday) at 12 noon. You may also catch the car while it drives in a convoy around KL with a regular BMW M5, a BMW 530i M Sport, BMW S 1000 RR, and even the BMW S 1000 RR Safety Bike.

The stop in Bangsar will also have a meet-and-greet session with BMW M MotoGP expert and three-time World Champion Loris Capirossi. Fans can also participate in the BMW S 1000 RR Safety Bike puzzle challenge and stand a chance to win main grandstand tickets to the Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix, happening from 2 to 4 November 2018.
