Instead, let’s take note of the Mitsubishi Outlander Sports Edition, the latest from Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM). The Outlander Sports Edition is based on the 2.0-litre variant that is immediately recognisable by its dual-tone colour of black for the roof and red body. It is also limited to just 120 units.

Other notable changes include the black front grille, gloss black alloys, and an ‘Outlander’ hood emblem. Inside the cabin features a dual DVD entertainment unit and red accent carpet mat.

The Mitsubishi Outlander Sports Edition is priced at RM142,888 including five years warranty/unlimited mileage.

Standard in the Outlander are LED daytime running lights, 18-inch alloys, premium leather seats, all-round monitor, keyless entry, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, and a dashcam camera. Let’s not forget that the Outlander is a 7-seater SUV with 4-wheel drive. The 2.0-litre petrol engine makes 145ps and 196Nm that goes to a CVT transmission.
