Lamborghini’s HQ now has a vaccination centre for its employees
Lamborghini has officially opened a vaccination centre at its Sant’ Agata headquarters. After an agreement with the relevant national and regional institutions, the company kick-started a vaccination campaign for all of its employees.
The first dose will be administered to the employees voluntarily, which the Italian supercar manufacturer says will be completed in three days. As per the Italian Ministry of Health’s instructions, professional health personnel will administer the vaccine.
"The decision to set up our headquarters as a vaccination point for our employees aims to support the country in the fight against the spread of Covid-19 and alleviate the pressure on vaccination efforts in Italy"
Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini
Another automotive facility that was transformed into a vaccination hub was the old Ford Geelong plant in Australia; it has become a mass vaccination hub targeted at the general public.
