Here's the blacked-out BMW 530i M Sport you've always wanted
BMW Malaysia looks set to start 2021 on a sporty and darker note if its announcement this morning is anything to go by.
Come next week, the firm will have a limited edition special of locally produced the 530i M Sport saloon on sale featuring a stealthy blacked-out theme. Aptly named the Dark Shadow Edition, this treatment sees the 530i M Sport benefit with an all-black treatment inside and out.
With the exterior, this special gets retrofitted with Shadow Line exterior trims, black window finishers, a pair of high-gloss black kidney grilles, as well as a set of 20-inch Double-spoke style 669 M Orbitgrey wheelset sporting an all-black finish plus an added tyre pressure monitor (TPMS).
The blacked-out motif continues on board with either a Black Dakota leather with blue stitching, or Cognac Dakota leather with contrast stitching choices to furnish the cabin.
According to BMW Malaysia, these specially curated blacked-out interior and exterior trims are worth RM37,000 altogether. However, the firm will retail each BMW 530i Sport Dark Shadow Edition equipped with these bits for just RM392,800 each – costing only RM10,000 more than the regular 30i M Sport in fact.
