Audi plus loyalty programme set to entice existing Audi owners
 

PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM) today introduced a new loyalty programme, Audi Plus, aimed to benefit Audi owners with vehicles five years and older. 

The Audi Plus programme offers Audi owners three 10%

service vouchers which are applicable within a period of three years after the fifth year of service. 
Additionally, Audi provides complimentary roadside assistance for up to 12 months from the date of voucher redemption. The programme is exclusively for Audi vehicles that are five years and older, including parallel and direct import Audi vehicles. Owners simply needs to visit their nearest Audi Centre to subscribe.

With Audi Plus, owners can expect that genuine Audi parts characterised by design and high-quality materials will be used in servicing their vehicles. From oil and air filters, battery chargers, wiper blades, windshield washers and spark plugs to brake pads, these parts are a precise fit, with proven quality and value to keep any Audi vehicle running smoothly. 

Erik Winter, Managing Director of PHSAM explained that Audi Plus is an extension of PHSAM’s on-going customer care efforts to foster an exceptional drive experience for Audi owners, including those with older models. “Owners can expect comprehensive and seamless service at our Service Centres through this programme, as our technicians have undergone extensive training, assessment, and certification by Audi. In addition to the right expertise, they are also best equipped with precise tools and machinery to inspect and maintain the vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines.”
