You can now book for the new 2022 Honda City Hatchback, folks

Honda Malaysia has announced that the all-new 2022 Honda City Hatchback is now open for bookings at all of their dealerships across the country. Set for its official launch before the end of the year, the new City Hatchback offers a new sporty form thanks to its, well, hatchback body type.

For those who are interested, the 2022 Honda City Hatchback will be available in two different powertrains - e:HEV and Petrol. The Honda City Hatchback RS e:HEV is powered by a 1.5-litre Sports intelligent Multi-Mode Drive (i-MMD) hybrid powertrain that comes together with two electric motors. In total, this variant produces 109PS and 253Nm of torque (the highest torque output in its segment) whereas the Petrol variant is fitted with a 1.5L DOHC i-VTEC powertrain that produces 121PS and 145Nm of torque.

But the highlight of the City Hatchback is still its new exterior design which combines elements of sporty and premium into one single package. For the City Hatchback RS e:HEV, this variant comes with High-Gloss Piano Black Front Grill, Black Solid Wing and Gloss Black Door Mirrors to match with its exclusive RS lower grill shape, fog garnish, and rear bumper. Together with the V variant, they are also equipped with an all-LED lighting system and a set of 16-inch alloy wheels.

Other features include the four-mode ULTRA seats which offer different configurations based on your needs, Remote Engine Start, rear AC vents, Electronic Parking Brake, and more. Safety specs come in the form of the Honda SENSING suite which includes:
