2021 Triumph Trident 660 lands in Malaysia – From RM43,900

By sep, 18 February 2021

Despite the constraints placed upon several markets around the globe, Triumph Motorcycles Malaysia has managed to bring the latest 2021 Triumph Trident 660 into the Malaysian market. The middleweight roadster was globally launched back in October and for something of this calibre to arrive here on our shores so soon shows a lot of potential.

Well, that and over 50 pre-sold units collected by authorised Triumph Motorcycles Malaysia dealers across the country. Yup, you read that right. Pre-sold, not pre-bookings.

This record-breaking achievement was possible thanks to how the design team portrayed the final image of Triumph’s latest modern-retro roadster. With its minimalistic approach to pure and clean yet muscular offers a bike that’s agile, exciting, and fun to ride for riders of all levels.

The hype surrounding the 2021 Triumph Trident 660 roadster revolves around its 660cc triple-cylinder engine that offers 80hp at 10,250rpm and 64Nm of torque at 6,250rpm. This ‘performance advantage’ is paired with two other major aspects of this middleweight roadster, which are class-leading technology and competitive pricing.

Tech-wise, the Trident 660 is packed with advanced riding aids fitted as standard such as:
•    Selectable riding modes (Road and Rain)
•    Switchable traction control
•    Ride-by-Wire throttle
•    Multi-function TFT display with ‘My Triumph’ connectivity system
•    Slip/Assist clutch + many more

This final bit might just be the final cherry on the icing as interested parties can get their very own 2021 Triumph Trident 660 modern-retro roadster at RM43,900 (excluding insurance, road tax & registration).

This price is offered for the two solid colour options, Crystal White and Sapphire Black. Add another RM1,000 and you can get it in either Silver Ice/Diablo Red (our personal favourite) or Stealthy Matt Jet Black/Matt Silver Ice.

Another great thing about this new Trident 660 is that it comes with a class-leading 16,000km service interval as well as a two-year unlimited mileage warranty. Now that’s some British toughness for you. To know more, head over to any of the authorised Triumph Motorcycles showrooms located across Malaysia.
