Not too long from now Hari Raya Aidilfitri will be upon us and millions of Malaysians will celebrate it by taking their cars out and parade it on congested highways at 5kph. We cannot promise you that going to Penang from KL will not take nine hours, or KL to Kelantan will take shorter than 15. But we can assure you that PETRONAS stations along the way will be a nice place to stretch your legs.

By now the PETRONAS Coffee Break campaign is already well known, which now has expanded to more stations for the benefit of tired drivers and passengers.

With that, Proton has similarly announced that their free 20-point safety inspection will be available at 10 different PETRONAS stations across Peninsular Malaysia. In 2015, there were only 5 venues.
